Mr. Bellinger has considerable experience working in the public sector with particular expertise in the disciplines of intergovernmental relations, financial analysis, program and policy evaluation, project management and best practice research.
David Schaaf, B.A., M.A.
David has nearly twelve years' experience as a management and economic consultant, with assignments that have included socio-economic analysis, program evaluation, facilitation, and strategic planning. He has been engaged in numerous assignments requiring excellent report preparation and writing skills, qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, strong interviewing and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to synthesize and analyze large amounts of information.
Patrycja Kujawa, B.A. (Honours), M.Sc.
An experienced manager and consultant, Ms. Kujawa's particular expertise lies in the energy and agricultural sectors as well as the methods necessary to analyze and develop those sectors. Ms. Kujawa's strengths include financial and economic research and analysis, project management and communications.
Pearce Shewchuk, B.A. (Hon. Econ.), M.Sc.
Mr. Shewchuk is an experienced economist with a particular expertise in socio-economic impact assessment, cost-benefit analysis, municipal finance, growth and population modelling, and econometric analysis. He has appeared as an expert witness in front of various regulatory boards and courts in western Canada on behalf of clients that include members of private industry and government.
Dana Harper, B.Sc., M.Sc.
Dana Harper is experienced in socio-economic and land use assessments in support of regulatory applications. Her primary research experience includes interviewing, wildlife field work, literature reviews and reports, data interpretation and analysis.
Ian Gray, B.Comm., M.A.
Mr. Gray brings a cross-section of private, not-for-profit and public sector research and operations experience to Nichols Applied Management. He has experience in the construction, energy services, housing, and environmental sectors, focusing on business development and production initiatives, both locally and internationally.
Projects Coordinator / Office Manager
Mary has exceptional organizational skills and coordinates many of the administrative and logistical aspects of the firm's projects. She is responsible for overall office management and the production of the firm's reports, including the preparation of appropriate graphics and client presentation materials.
Tracy Apoll, B.Comm., M.A., International Development
Ms. Apoll has a range of experience including program evaluation, community consultation and community development, organizational capacity building, service gap identification. She has worked with a variety of organizations such as Edmonton Mennonite Centre for Newcomers, the Multicultural Health Brokers Co-op, and World Renew. Along with her track record of program evaluation and reporting, Tracy has a proven ability to engage with people and lead individuals and groups to productive solutions.
